Optimist Lacrosse is pleased to offer an in-house boys fall lacrosse program for boys in grades 3 to 8 to sharpen skills, learn team play and have some fun. This is also a great opportunity for new players to see what lacrosse is all about. IT IS NOT A LEAGUE. So, if you have friends who have been thinking about playing lacrosse, encourage them to sign up. The 3rd and 4th grade  program will run simultaneously with the 5th and  6th grade program on Sundays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Penncrest High School Field #4 (lower field) from September 13 to November 1. The 7th and 8th grade program will run on Sundays from 10:30 to 12 Noon at Penncrest High School from September 13 to November. The cost is $50.00 and includes a reversible pinnie (for new players). Returning players are encouraged to wear their existing pinnie or jersey.
Please note that this program is open to residents of the Rose Tree-Media School District only.

We encourage all players to prioritize in-season sports. Also, players will need to provide their own equipment and stick, including the required NOCSAE approved shoulder pads/chest protector.
